Account data: Email address, name, and password when you create an account.
Birth data: Date, time, and place of birth that you voluntarily provide for astrological calculations.
Usage data: Conversation history, reading preferences, and module selections to personalize your experience.
Payment data: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
We use your data to: provide personalized spiritual readings, compute astrological charts, maintain conversation history for continuity, process payments, and improve the Service.
Your questions and birth data are sent to AI language models (Anthropic Claude) to generate personalized readings. These interactions are processed in real-time and not used to train AI models. Your conversations are stored in our database for your reading history.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Each user can only access their own data. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Your account and reading history are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, export your reading history, and withdraw consent at any time.
We use essential cookies for authentication session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
